Module Development
Learning on-line does not mean that traditional face-to-face training can be entirely replaced. The world of learning is changing with more experiential communication on a social basis. Any content, even if it is a 30 second video, has to be relevant, engaging and precise in nature. We also understand and implement effective SCORM LMS calls to ensure that tracking data is communicated.
At Knowledge Hemispheres, we have developed content that is engaging, interactive and easier to share experiences. By doing this we have created rich media experiences which facilitate deep learning.
Our e-Learning modules utilise a variety of multimedia production technologies, including: Flash, Audio, Video, Graphics and Text. These solutions have been delivered to major corporations and public sector organizations as both stand alone and SCORM compliant (embedded as modules inside a Learning Management System i.e. LMS). We are also successful in integrating or passing data to and from an LMS.

Integration Service
Back in the day, learning pioneers developed content for distribution using compact discs. The next step was to make this content available on a network. Organisations such as the AICC created standards for navigation and tracking.
In the late 1990s other standards, for example SCORM emerged.
In our view we believe that standards present an opportrunity to deliver enhanced and supportive learning. Intergration with a firm’s work practices, Human Resource strategy and customer service are key.
We define e-Learning

With regard to the latter, we have developed on-line portfolios with a back-end email work-flow. These help to assess the educational progress of specific candidates attending a typical vocational or practical orientated course. For them evidence based examination and use of scenarios and simulations is more appropriate than traditional classroom based intensity.
We can develop this type of e-Learning assessment tool for a business organization which assesses the progress of employees within your organization. The assessment can be formal or informal, in the form of written documents, quizzes, inventories, portfolios, self-evaluations and discussions. We can develop this tool for your organization to be used as an online portal for information transfer and feedback. We also update and maintain this e-Learning assessment tool on a regular basis.
The key is integration from registration, learning and finally proving that skills are being used in a timely manner.
